By using our website and completing a booking with Watersports Jetski Skerdi, you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed only after your online deposit has been successfully paid and you receive a confirmation code.
You must arrive on time with your confirmation code and valid identification if requested by our staff.
The remaining balance for your rental is payable on arrival before your session begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All online deposits are non-refundable once paid.
The only exception is if you arrive on time for your scheduled booking with your confirmation code and we are unable to provide an available jetski. In that case, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you do not show up for your booking, arrive late without our agreement, or cancel for any other reason, your deposit will not be refunded.
No-shows and late arrivals may also result in the loss of your reserved time slot.
Prices shown on the website are calculated per jetski and based on the duration selected at the time of booking.
Availability is shown in real time where possible, but rare operational issues may affect a specific jetski on the day of your visit.
You must follow all safety instructions given by our staff before and during your ride.
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session early if we believe it is necessary for safety, equipment protection, or compliance with local rules.
Jetski rental involves inherent risks. You participate at your own responsibility and must operate equipment in a safe and lawful manner.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watersports Jetski Skerdi is not liable for indirect losses arising from cancelled leisure plans, except where refund rules in these terms apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
